Schwarzkopf Professional UK brought Super Luxe Events in as Consultant Event Manager for their European Essential Looks Show.

 

The show was a ticketed event for 1,000 European hairdressers and Press at The Troxy, London and involved high profile Schwarzkopf Professional Ambassadors from around the world creating the latest looks on models on stage, followed by an after party.

 

Super Luxe Events worked around the clock to deliver the logistics in such a short lead time including:

  • Coordination of all suppliers; the venue, the caterers, the production company and PR contacts - creating and sharing a full detailed schedule for all suppliers to work to

  • Planning of all seating allocations by country and issuing of tickets 

  • Management of a translation company offering simultaneous translation in six languages along with distribution of headsets

  • Briefing of all Schwarzkopf Professional Country Managers and internal UK staff on the running order of the event and their individual roles on the day

  • Organisation of a Press Drinks Reception and the main Drinks Reception on arrival

  • Onsite delivery of the event, including supplying a large crew to oversee the different suppliers, welcoming guests on arrival and the movement of guests around the venue
