An Iconic British luxury fashion brand brought in Super Luxe Events as Consultant Event Director for its most ambitious senior employee engagement event ever.
More than 250 global leaders came together at Old Billingsgate, London, for a two-day strategy conference. This incorporated the company’s annual employee recognition awards on the first evening, to which an additional 80 awards finalists were invited.
Starting six weeks prior to the event, Super Luxe Events worked as an extension of the client’s team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery to the exacting standard that this influential brand demanded. Super Luxe Event’s role in directing all aspects of event logistics included:
Creating and maintaining the event masterplan, chairing status meetings and at all times keeping the project on track.
Coordinating and liaising between the venue, third party suppliers and an extensive multi-discipline client team, the latter including strategy and talent, internal communications, production and AV, VIP management and creative media and design.
Delivering the event end-to-end, including overseeing the build, briefing and management of the support crew and delegate-care team, liaising with content owners, production, AV, security and the venue and caterers on timings, and devising and overseeing a complex programme of delegate movement around the venue.
Supporting a substantial delegate communications programme, including pre-event communication and joining instructions.
Supporting the creation of two days of ‘VIP London Experiences’ for the 80 awards finalists.
